Like a lot of modern love stories, Alex and Ana’s actually began online. A few messages turned into long conversations, and before they knew it, they were sipping coffee at a cozy coffee shop in Croton-on-Hudson. What started as a simple coffee date quickly felt like something more.

Just days later, Alex somehow convinced Ana to meet him at his house and walk into a dark field to watch a comet that was supposed to be passing by. Questionable decision-making? Maybe. But somewhere under that night sky — waiting, watching, and laughing at how unconventional their second meetup was — something clicked. It was the first of many spontaneous moments that would define their story.

Not long after they met, Ana’s parents moved to Long Branch — and that first summer spent there became the start of so many special memories. Beach days, long walks, and soaking up the sunshine together made it unforgettable. One of their very first dates was at McLoone's Pier House — a place that would forever hold a special place in their hearts… and now, the very place where they’ll say “I do.”

Alex and Ana are happiest outdoors — especially when they can bring along their sweet golden retriever Teddi, who is truly at the center of their little family. She joins them on as many adventures as possible and keeps life fun (and full of fur).

At heart, they’re homebodies who love quiet nights in, but they also share a love for traveling and exploring new places together. More than anything, they genuinely love each other’s company — most of the time. 😊
